Steven has more than 25 years of experience in the property management industry.Since his career began as assistant in a condominium building, Steven has actively progressed through every position until he achieved Senior Vice President where he was personally responsible for a diverse portfolio of over 130 buildings before starting his own company, Whitehill Residential. Over the twenty-five years, Steven has faced nearly every property management situation with integrity. This includes challenging the industry to consistently improve by leading two industry-changing lawsuits (dogs and hardwood flooring specification) and managing numerous total-building retrofits. His expertise and personal standards are available to each and every one of his staff.The Applewood Landmark a Whitehill Residential professionally managed community was voted “Condo of the Year” by CCI-T for 2018.Steven is an industry leader and is active in several associations and speaking engagements. He is president of the board of RCO (Resilient Communities Ontario) and has been on the ACMO Ethics Committee for 4 years, and on the CCI-GH Professional & Business Partners Committee (Canadian Condominium Institute, Golden Horseshoe). ONELIA LIPPA, RCM, I.H.M
Onelia has been active in the Property Management industry for 20 years.
Prior to joining the Whitehill family, Onelia held the position of Director of Operations of a Condominium Property Management firm. Key areas of responsibility were planning and monitoring the day to day operations to ensure smooth progress of the Condominium division. Setting and implementing strategic goals and making operational decisions from business development, Marketing, budgeting, staffing communication and approval of all purchase orders and invoicing, In addition, creating and implementing policies and procedures building transitions and Management Plans form part of the function.
She has experience diverse portfolios as small 200-700 units with multiple shared facilities. Onelia’s main focus is achieving the Boards goals and maintaining high building standards, ensuring the Corporation is on track with the budget. She has extensive knowledge in all aspects of build Operations, including plumbing, Mechanical, fire and life safety systems and has guided Condominium Corporations through several major building renovations and energy retrofits.
Ms. Lippa holds her R.C.M. ( registered Condominium Manager – General License)has her I.H.M. (Institute of Housing Management) and is close to achieving her C.P.M. – (certified property manager through the real estate institute of Canada. Onelia is also a member in good standing with ACMO.
Wayne Arthurs, B.A.Sc.
Wayne graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Industrial Engineer) and has spent the last 35 years working in Property Management and Marketing.
He has been president of his Condominium Corporation for the last three years and has served on the board in different capacities for seven years. With his engineering background, he has been actively involved in numerous retrofits involving boiler and chiller replacements, energy saving projects, landscaping renewal and many other projects.
Wayne knows what it takes to create a team that works well together. His strong work ethics, leadership capabilities and being goal oriented, he motivates and builds a strong atmosphere to work as a team delivering the best results possible.
